Nitro Pro, license not working

Hi, our company purchased 4 licenses last year. One of them (V.13) is not working anymore, even tho we tried to follow the instructions and deactivate it.

It says we have 2 activations allowed, but 0 activated. And when we try to deactivate it says "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices".
