We get this error all the time ''Not loaded, an execution error happend on the loading of the COM'' https://ibb.co/6gHtx3C We are running Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9. We tried the following : -Forcing the addin to start in Regedit -Deleting and re-installing it from the nitro app itself -Deleted from regedit and re-installing it What can we do to solve this ?
