Sara Wood Posted January 29, 2021 Report Share Posted January 29, 2021 We purchased a license and entered the serial number after downloading the free version, the serial number doesn't seem to be activated and Nitro stopped working after the free trial. I went to the deactivate page and it says we have 2 activations available so there is nothing to deactivate. This is version 13. Please advise. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
