Frank Zappala Posted January 30, 2021 Report Share Posted January 30, 2021 I am trying to upgrade my Nitro Pro 9 because the Printer has disappeared from my printer list and the reinstall tool will not work. Fails when it tries. I entered my serial number in the upgrade screen and I got this error: We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. How can I resolve this problem.
