Jing Ren Posted January 30, 2021 Report Share Posted January 30, 2021 i just changed my computer, and deactivated my license online (my serial number was for pro 12), now i downloaded pro 13, and input the serial number, cannot be activated (even tho online shows "# of activation allowed 2" and "# of activated 0) i have tried to repair the app, and its still not work. need help asap! thank you!
