Sally-Ann Delf Posted January 31, 2021 Report Share Posted January 31, 2021 Hi, I have deactivated Nitro Pro in order to activate the software on my new PC, but I am getting an error saying the key does not exist. Was it a mistake to download the trial? I selected Nitro Pro 12 because that is the version I paid for. Any help gratefully received.
