unable to activate though i followed the process

Hello Nitro Support team,

I am facing issues to activate the nitro 13. I am following all the activation procedure as per your guide ;still it is showing some error.Can you plz access my screen and activate the same?

Here i am pasting the screen shots of the issues /errors.
