Switch/activate license into a new computer

Hi, I recently got a new laptop and I deactivate the license in my old laptop as per support instructions. How I can reinstall the Nitro Pro 11 in my new laptop and activate the license? The serial number is **.  In Status it says: active, in number of activations says: 0, there should be 2. Please, send me a download link to restore my Nitro Pro in the new laptop or tell me what to do.
