Activation on new computer

Hi,

I'm having a little difficulty activating an account on a new computer.

I have deactivated an account on a old computer and get an error message when activating on the new computer 

(-23: error - License number already used)

Some support would be greatly appreciated!

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro license. Please try to activate again and it should be working now.
