Please allow me to ask for more information to better assist you on this issue. I have outlined my questions below: 1. Are you printing using a physical printer? If yes, what is the make and model of the printer? 2. Is this working before or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you're aware of before this happened? 3. Is there an error message when the printing fails in Nitro Pro? If yes, please take a screenshot. 4. What is the version of your Nitro Pro? This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you have not tried repairing your Nitro Pro installation, please try that and see if it fixes the issue.
