Transfer Nitro onto new computer

I have purchased a new computer. I would like to transfer my Nitro subscription to my new computer as the old computer has crashed. Please advise how to do this. I have my serial number but do not want to post this onto a public forum.

I was able to receive the key.

Please note, we no longer support the version you are using (Nitro Pro 11). It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy 

For now, I released your Nitro Pro 11 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 11 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464
