dgrenier Posted February 2, 2021 Report Share Posted February 2, 2021 Nitro Pro 13 Program was active - Today after Microsoft Update it is showing Trial ended. I have serial # and receipt. Followed your link with directions and de activated as requested. Put in new activation number received and now it won't do anything! Getting message to re activate but it will not load.
