Shauna Lively Posted February 2, 2021 Report Share Posted February 2, 2021 I cannot activate my account. I have a serial number and when asked to "deactivate" there is not anything to deactivate. My serial number is listed in a table, but why would I need to deactivate and re-activate? Anyway, it is beyond frustrating. I am supposedly "inactivated" in my free trial.
