I cannot activate my account.  I have a serial number and when asked to "deactivate" there is not anything to deactivate.  My serial number is listed in a table, but why would I need to deactivate and re-activate?  Anyway, it is beyond frustrating.  I am supposedly "inactivated" in my free trial.

I believe you are accessing our Activation Portal that only supports deactivation, not activation.

If you have not installed Nitro Pro 13 on your machine, please use below direct MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13332645/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13332645/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number
