I have reset my serial number but when trying to log in through the software to register it, the login causes an error. Here is my serial number: 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx Please help. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 11.X.X.X, e.g. 11.0.7.411). Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
