All other computers a re deactivated on the portal but i cannot activate nitro pro 10 on the new one. the error is -23: Error License number already used, but in the portal I deactivate the license ( both license, now 0 activated on the portal but the problem persist. ) I've tried to do it manually but the PC computer ID is 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000.
