Not able to activate Nitro 10 Pro

Hello,

I've try to activate Nitro 10 pro on a new PC. All other computers a re deactivated on the portal but i cannot activate nitro pro 10 on the new one. the error is -23: Error License number already used, but in the portal I deactivate the license ( both license, now 0 activated on the portal but the problem persist. ) I've tried to do it manually but the PC computer ID is 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000.

Could you please suport men?

Thank you for the private message.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

We have a rare problem where occasionally Nitro can not create an ID on a computer and instead assigns it to be '00000000000000000000'. This ID causes a conflict on our activation server and will recover an error. If you have a computer that has this error, you can check Nitro Pro to see if it is the same computer ID through Help > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Advanced.
