Kathleen Coyle Posted February 4, 2021 Report Posted February 4, 2021 I have purchased Nitro Pro and am the only user. However, there are lock images appearing on some of my documents and I cannot open them. This is a problem for me and it seems I must have changed a setting somewhere that isn't allowing me access. Should I uninstall everything then reinstall? I fear losing the documents that I have. Thank you for your help.
