Unable to sign Nitro forum

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a license to Nitro Pro 13, and e-mail e password to access the site https://sso.gonitro.com/login.
But when I  try to access the site https://community.gonitro.com/login/
the account is not associated so is blocked because of the wrong password. Who can help me with this issue, please?

I don´t use the Enable Sign-On.
For notice,  the log in the forum with the e-mail satoshi_endo@outlook.com, I don´t have a problem.
But the issue occurs with the e-mail satoshi_endo@outlook.com.br (that is the usual e-mail),  on the site https://sso.gonitro.com/login,
I put the e-mail, after a password, and the site re-direct to https://community.gonitro.com/login/, so I put again the e-mail and after the password. It causes the error/issue, and the site blocked.
Could you help me with this issue, please?
