Can't view documents on Nitro Pro

Hi, I can't view documents on Nitro Pro. 

When I open my PDF using Nitro, the icon will appear on my taskbar, but I can't get onto the application. 

When I hover my cursor over the icon on my taskbar, it shows a white screen. 

I tried downloading the latest version of Nitro Pro on the website and restarted my laptop a few times, but no results.

I also read to press Window + left/right arrows, but it doesn't work..

Please help!

Please try to hold down the “Shift” key while right-clicking the program in the taskbar, then select “Move“. Use the arrow keys to move the window into view.
