Converting PDF to word issues

Hi

i've brought many licence for my cmpany and we are facing some issue while converting files, i added some example in the link a shared.

Here's more details :

Issue 1 : When Converting the PDF file TP-64.3(2020-10) to Word, we loose the French accents (é,à,è.. ) and we get the result that you can see  in the MS Word attached file

Issue 2 : When converting PDF files to word, we looose the text we typed in the boxes .   can you advice ?
