Lyle Brooks
I just purchased a license for the latest version of Nitro Pro but am having a problem converting pdfs to editable versions of Word documents. The Word document appears as a picture rather instead. On another laptop I have an older version of Nitro Pro and when I converted the exact same pdf I did not have this problem. Lyle Brooks
No -- my problem is converting a PDF to an editable Word document, not converting a Word document to PDF.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 16, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 16, 2021 Hello @Lyle Brooks, Thank you for your response and for this information. In order to convert a PDF file to Word, open the document using your Nitro Pro program, go to Home tab and click 'To Word' button. How did it go? Thank you for your patience! Lyle Brooks
That's what I did originally. As I said, the resulting Word document isn't editable. It's just a picture.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted March 8, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 8, 2021 Hello @Lyle Brooks, Thank you for your response. Does this happen when converting all PDF files to Word or just with specific ones? If specific PDF files, would it be fine sending over a few samples so we can test on our end? To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
