Dee Chaffen Posted February 7, 2021 Report Posted February 7, 2021 Hi there, The Email as attachment tab does not seem to work or works intermittently. This is a bit annoying as it used to work before I upgraded to Nitro Pro V13. Is there an easy fix to this please. Cheers, Dee

For the sake of initial troubleshooting of this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro and your MS Office. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. To answer your questions: - the issue began shortly after upgrading to Nitro 13. It had not happened previously with other Nitro versions. Windows is updated automatically so I cant answer as to whether an update is upsetting Nitro. - I am working with Nitro Pro 13.3.2.587 I am not sure if this would make any difference, but my email program is Thunderbird. YEt when the Share/email as attachment is working, it sends via Outlook. Could there be any conflict happening here? I am very disappointed as this is a feature that is so useful. Thanks, Dee

I believe the correct build of your program is 13.30.2.587 and I highly recommend updating to 13.33 to see that will fix this rare issue. Dee Chaffen Posted February 22, 2021 Author Report Posted February 22, 2021 Hi @AllainU, Thank you for the instructions. I have completed the update and I think it may have fixed the issue. As mentioned my default email program is Thunderbird and Nitro is emailing out through Outlook, but it is working at present, so thank you!
