For some reason my access to Nitro was turned off.  I have tried to deactivate the license through the help section of the website but when I enter the serial number and hit deactivate a window pops us sayin to chose the device to deactivate but there is nowhere to chose or enter a device.  also, is states there are two licenses available but none are activated.  When I go in to NItro and select "Help" tab and click on "Activate" nothing happens.   Whay do I do to re-activate my licenses?

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro from the page I have provided below:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
