Hello,

 

My partner is unable to access his account to sign a document that was sent to him.

 

He has attempted to reset the password, but no email is received.

 

Please can you tell me what we need to do to rest the password.

Could you please check with your partner to see if the password reset instructions were filtered to the spam or junk mail folder?

If you do not see the password reset email even in the spam/junk, kindly provide the email address of your partner so we could check this on our end.
