Switched Computers - Serial Number Not Recognized

I switched computers. The serial number is recognized when I use the Activation Portal, but not on my downloaded software on the new computer. I even uninstalled the software and reinstalled and restarted my computer. It says the serial number entered does not exist. I was able to sign in on it on my old computer though...

This is a Nitro Pro 11 key so the version installed should be version 11. Please get the correct version 11 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464
