Page Britt
Good afternoon, My name is Page Britt, This morning I deactivated and uninstalled Nitro pro from my desktop PC in an attempt to isolate and fix a problem I was having with pdf thumbnails. After rebooting I reinstalled the version I previously had installed, 13.33.2.645. After I reinstalled I went to reactivate and received a message that my serial number is not valid. It's been continuously active and updated/upgraded on both my desktop and Surface ever since I originally purchased it on 2/22/17. My original license was for Ver. 11 which I upgraded with a subsequent purchase in your Fall 2019 Presale on 9/1/2019. Your license "upgrade checker" verifies that I have upgraded and have a license for Ver. 13 but now all of a sudden my serial is not recognized when I try to activate. Any help would be appreciated as I depend on this software on a daily basis and have to a certain extent been a brand ambassador for you folks by recommending Nitro as a very viable and even preferable alternative to Acrobat. Many thanks, Page
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 9, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 9, 2021 Hello @Page Britt, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. Howard Roll
Computer amateur with similar problem to Britt's. I have been relying on NitroPro since release 5. Currently have a NitroPro 12 license for 4 home computers including my primary laptop. After seeing an ad for NitroPro 13 trial I downloaded trial version of NitroPro 13 on my laptop. After thinking about it (which I probably should have done *first*), realized NP12 meets my needs just fine. So I uninstalled the trial of NP13 thinking the laptop would still have licensed version of NP12. But it doesn't. So what do I need to do to restore my licensed copy of NP12? Not sure, but I think I bought it from a 3rd party retailer. Thanks much!

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
