PDF file has form headings but blank content

I am using Nitro Pro (13.33.2.645), and I am trying to view a PDF file that is a form with a series of sub-fields containing data.  When viewed in Nitro Pro, the form's sub-field headings are each visible but they do not contain any data (each sub-field has a title/heading but no data).  When the same file is viewed in other PDF readers, the form is fully populated with data.  In other words the PDF looks a form (with sub-fields with titles) that has not been filled out with data when viewed in Nitro Pro (i.e., it looks blank); when viewed in other PDF readers, the form looks fully filled out.
