Deb Campbell Posted February 9, 2021 Report Share Posted February 9, 2021 I am having trouble with my NitroPro - it is constantly freezing when loading a PDF file, and it is not a file size issue. It can freeze when loading a single page. I am in Nitro most of the time so it is very frustrating. I often get an error message that tells me Nitro is not responding and asks if I want to exit and I get the dreaded hourglass all the time. Do I need to upgrade? Or download a new release?
