There is no patch available for Nitro Pro 12.16. Please remove completely and install Nitro Pro 12.14. Kindly let me know how that goes for you.

I.e. Can other files be printed to that printer? - Your printer's brand and model - The exact steps you are taking - Are you able to print to the same printer via other programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint? - If this is a network device, can other people print to that printer? Are the printers installed on a server? - Is it possible to print directly to the printer (via usb for example, rather than LAN or Wi-Fi) - Are any middle-man print managing software in use? - What drivers are in use and are updates available? - Have you tried alternative drivers (e.g. PCL6, PS)?
