Cant print to a koycera

Cant print to a koycera taskalfa 3252 ci with version 12.2.0.228 of nitro it crashes the program but will print to a brother ?

hi i have already upgraded to 

 

12.16.3.574

also the printer drivers are up to date

Hello @Chris Emmett

The bug is not happening in version 12.14. There is no patch available for Nitro Pro 12.16.

Please remove completely and install Nitro Pro 12.14.

Morning,

Im having the same issue regarding printing. Is there a link to 12.14. Website only allows me to download the lastest version, ie 12.16.

Ive updated to 12.16.3.574 and the issues of being unable to print has come back

So that we can troubleshoot the printing problem, please provide me with the following:

- The file you are trying to print so we can test it on our end; Is this file specific? I.e. Can other files be printed to that printer?
- Your printer's brand and model
- The exact steps you are taking
- Are you able to print to the same printer via other programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint?
- If this is a network device, can other people print to that printer? Are the printers installed on a server?
- Is it possible to print directly to the printer (via usb for example, rather than LAN or Wi-Fi)
- Are any middle-man print managing software in use?
- What drivers are in use and are updates available?
- Have you tried alternative drivers (e.g. PCL6, PS)?
