Request Signature Not Working

When I am working on a document in Nitro and I click on the request signature tab at the top, I receive the following error message:

{"error":{"title":"Invalid authorization token","detail":"jyt parse error: expired token"}}

 

It will let me put my own signature on the document in Nitro but it will not let me just use the send for signature option there.  I can come out, log into nitro in the cloud, upload the document and send for signature that way.

 

Anything I can do to fix this problem?
