Have the same problem. Can't find the activation code and emails when I purchased it.

I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address. In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-Your billing address
