Error code 0x40030004

Hi, I am having the same problem with all fillable PDFs. I am a solo attorney so being able to fill out court forms is an essential function for me. This was not an issue previously--it just started recently.

Windows: Nitro Pro 13.26.3.505

Please help!

For the sake of initial troubleshooting of this error, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603 

If Modify button is greyed-out, please refer to this screen-cast that will teach you on how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system:

If repairing did not help and in order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Hi Everyone, 

The Nitro Pro 13.40 was release last April 29th and the error message 0x40030004 appears to be resolved
The latest build of Nitro Pro 13 can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link 

To check the build of your Nitro Pro 13 installation, open the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If you have an old Nitro Pro license and interested to upgrade to version 13 with a discounted price, the upgrade can be done through our Upgrade Portal - https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade
