Nitro 13 activation problem

Matt Loudis

Recommended Posts

HI,

I have a license that was purchased last October, and for some reason Nitro has reverted to trial mode.

I clicked on "Activate Now", entered my serial #, and then faced another pop-up box called "Nitro Pro Activation Assistant".  There's a link in the box to obtain a new activation certificate.  I click on it and nothing, crickets.  It doesn't bring up the web page with the certificate.  If I type in the link on my browser it brings up the certificate page with a blank box.

So I uninstalled/reinstalled the program, only with the same result.

My computer is a Dell server running the latest version of Win 10.  Chrome is my browser and is also up to date.

Please help, thanks in advance-  Matt

Hello @Matt Loudis

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.
https://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13332645/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.33.2.645 from the page I have provided below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

I hope this helps! Please let me know how that goes.
