David Durang Posted February 15, 2021 Report Share Posted February 15, 2021 I keep getting this error whenever I try to open a pdf. 'An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support in this error persists. (error 401). Usually if I try to open the document a second time, it will open. I tried re-logging into Nitro and this hasn't helped the issue. Any help is appreciated. Side note. Kind of stinks that we paid for multiple licenses of this program and there is no user support other than these forums. At least none that I could find.
