Myra Rabanal Posted February 15, 2021 Report Posted February 15, 2021 I am currently having an issue with Nitro Pro PDF. I get documents from the state of California and when I go to open them up, I briefly see the nitro loading screen and then it goes away and nitro never loads. This happens regardless of where the PDF is located (network share, email, or local drive). This PDF opens with Edge, Adobe Reader, or Adobe Acrobat. Just not Nitro. My current version of Nitro is Nitro Pro 13.31.0.605. I can provide the PDF. Ive tried repairing and reinstalling and it didn't change anything.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro 13. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -A few copies of documents from State of California to perform some tests on our end.
