Myra Rabanal Posted February 15, 2021 Report Share Posted February 15, 2021 I am currently having an issue with Nitro Pro PDF. I get documents from the state of California and when I go to open them up, I briefly see the nitro loading screen and then it goes away and nitro never loads. This happens regardless of where the PDF is located (network share, email, or local drive). This PDF opens with Edge, Adobe Reader, or Adobe Acrobat. Just not Nitro. My current version of Nitro is Nitro Pro 22.214.171.1245. I can provide the PDF. Ive tried repairing and reinstalling and it didn't change anything.
