When making the digital signature, the data associated with the signature does not appear, only the sign of a pen and a cross, and when editing it in pdf not even the symbol of the pen and the cross appears, in the past it did appear

In addition to that and many other feature improvements, version 13 also contains some important security vulnerabilities fixes that you might want to consider when deciding whether to upgrade to it or not. However if you prefer working with an older version and as a courtesy, if you slightly click and drag your mouse when applying the signature, the signature size will be set to a small size.

Kindly pick your signature profile via Sign and then drag a selection box to determine the dimensions of the signature. Once you let go of the mouse button, the signature should be applied to fit within these dimensions.
