Nitro "Trial Expired"-Deactivation/Reactivation not working, confusing.

I have Nitro Productivity Suite, which includes Nitro Pro for desktop PDF productivity and Nitro Sign for unlimited eSignatures. However the App displays "Trial Expired". Your site function Deactivate/Activate asks me to select the device to deactivate. This table reads:  Serial Number 5049x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx Version 13 Status Active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Very confusing! PLEASE MAKE THE "TRIAL EXPIRED" DISAPPEAR; I've spend already 30 min. to get live support, follow your website instructions, signing for forums etc.

To further assist you, shat build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

If you have installed a different version, please install Nitro Pro 13.33 using below direct MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13332645/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13332645/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number
