Glenn Kennedy Posted February 17, 2021 Report Share Posted February 17, 2021 I purchased a license of Nitro Pro but when I enter the serial number that was emailed to me activation says the serial number can't be found. I use the online support tool, entered the serial number and pressed the deactivate button. I went back to the software, clicked activate, entered the serial number and got the same result. It can't activate. I tried the offline activation method, copied the certificate, entered that on the website and it says it is an invalid certificate.
