Activation failing

I purchased a license of Nitro Pro but when I enter the serial number that was emailed to me activation says the serial number can't be found. I use the online support tool, entered the serial number and pressed the deactivate button. I went back to the software, clicked activate, entered the serial number and got the same result. It can't activate. I tried the offline activation method, copied the certificate, entered that on the website and it says it is an invalid certificate.

It sounds like a post to this forum is the only way to get support so I look forward to your help.

Please provide the details to the following so we can further assist you:

1. The version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

2. Your Nitro Pro serial number.

Nitro Pro version: 13.33.2.645 is there a way I can email the serial number to your support team? Posting it here does not sound like a good idea.
