However, I believe that the subscription was on a past computer. I have the serial number but it will not let me activate to upgrade. I do not have a copy of the invoice. The account may have been purchased with the email of billing@southernreporting.net or production@southernreporting.net. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 11.X.X.X, e.g. 11.0.7.411). Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
