Where did my graphics go??? Converted a word doc to pdf and my letterhead is gone

I have Nitro Pro 13.31.0.605

My original document is created in MS Word. I have a letterhead on it and whenever I save it as a pdf, the jpg file that is my letterhead/logo doesn't show up in the pdf.

 

It's there in word and somehow the conversion to pdf in Nitro strips all graphic files out of the doc.

What's going on and how can I correct it?

Please open your Word document and refer to this screenshot to set higher quality:

After that, click Create PDF button the left most under Nitro Pro tab in your MS Word to convert to PDF format.
