I RECENTLY SWITCHED COMPUTERS AND I CANT ACTIVATE MY LICENSE ON THE NEW COMPUTER, IT SAYS THE SERIAL NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST BUT WHEN I LOOK IT UP TO DEACTIVATE IT THROUGH THE PORTAL IS DOES WORK.
