Recover Serial Number of Niro Pro

Hi guys,

I've had to uninstall my Niro Pro from my old laptop, and want to install again, I've got my serial number, but get an error "the serial number you entered does not exist" I've checked it multiple times it is correct. Then, i've followed the link in the error window to submit a support request, I'm filling in my serial number again, the system checks it says its status is active, 0 number of activations, but keep getting the same error message. Anyone has a clue whats going on ?

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
