problem with activating Nitro Pro on new computer

Hello, I have recently changed my computer for the new one. Unfortunately I failed trying to activate Nitro Pro there. I received message that all 25 licenses are used already. So what I did I have uninstalled it on the old computer and tried again. But it didn't help.

Now checking in your tool I see still some licenses are free to use so please help me to make it working as my trial period is going to an end ...

Dears,

I have received initial comment from your side but it has not solved the problem.

I have send 2 additional emails to: *** but without response from your side.

I need urgently your support as my trial period is over now and I cannot work with Nitro Pro.

Hi Leslie,

All my accounts got logged out today.  I put in my serial number and the system acknowledges that we have a license active...but the actual application does not acknowledge them.
