Can not activate Nitro Pro on a new computer

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please provide the following information so we could better troubleshoot your activation issue:

1. The version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

2. The serial number you were using to activate the software.

I am getting an error message saying the serial number is not valid.

Please assist  me to determine how to re-activate my account in a new computer

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In checking your latest purchase, you have a version 13 serial number. Please ensure that you have Nitro Pro 13 installed on your computer. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

If you see that you are running an older version, please install Nitro Pro 13 by downloading the installer from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the ' Download Nitro Pro 13' link

Once Nitro Pro 13 is installed, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 serial number then click on Activate.
