I sopke to someone earlier and they said we need to upgrade as it is no longer supported. I originally purcahsed 4 licences under one order. I couldn't work out how to upgrade them all at once so i started to do it individually. I upgrades the first serial without problems. When i try to upgrade the other 3 they all state that they have already been upgraded but they haven't and i've only paid for one.
