Hannes Jeddeloh Posted February 24, 2021 Report Posted February 24, 2021 Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, unfortunately Nitro Pro tells me that my serial number is not existing during the activation process. Also the manual activation isn't working. I purchased it yesterday so I'm guessing that I have the correct version installed. When I crosscheck my serialnumber with the Nitro Portal it tells me that no devices are activated. Please help me as I only have one day left :(

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Please let me know how that goes.
