Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted February 24, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 24, 2021 Hello David, Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you. So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following: Are you referring to digital signatures or signatures you applied using Quicksign? Are you able to provide us with the file so we can have a look? Please also send us your workflow so we can test it on our end. What exact version of Nitro are you using? (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.) Screenshots of what you are seeing will also be helpful. Cheers!
