Printing problems

Using NITRO pro 13.26  it is not possible to use printers, especially a plotter, by program.

Although network printers are displayed in the printer list, it is not possible to access the printer properties panel.

• - The specific brand and model of the printer
• - What type of printer drivers are you using?
• - Did the printers work in an older build of Nitro?

• Plotter hp designjet 500 plus (but the problem also occurs with a brother printer);
• Native driver;
• is the first nitro installation.

Hello Rinaldo,

Looks like this printer is using old printer drivers that are not supported by Nitro.

If possible and available, please use Post Script or PCL drivers instead. These are the printer drivers that Nitro supports.
