Mac Salvatini Posted February 24, 2021 Report Share Posted February 24, 2021 I am having problems using Nitro Pro; keep getting "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. Error 401". I've gone through the forums, uninstalled and reinstalled with the suggested direct installers (http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13132242/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi) to no avail. Please provide your Nitro Pro serial number so we could identify the appropriate version of Nitro Pro that you should install on your computer.
