Digital ID missing its private key

I had to reinstall Nitro due to a crash and now I can't get my Digital Signatures to work. I have regenerated the PFK keys with its private key and even contacted the certificate company for assistance. They walked me through step by step to generate a new private key PFK from them to assure it was correct.

Nitro imports the PFK just fine and looks good until signing the document, in which it errors "The selected profile is missing its private key and cannot be used to sign this document.

Pleas advise.

Re-opening this thread. Here I am two years later with the exact same problem. I don't use this digital PFK often (obviously) and I think last time (two years ago) I just fudged something to make it work for the company requesting it.

I'm using Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574. Step by step, exact same issue as posted originally.

Please advise.
