Unable to validate serial number for Upgrade to 13

I am trying to get the upgrade to version 13 but I am getting the error "We were unable to validate your serial number."

I am currently using version 12 and it is active.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12? 

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
